To me it seemed a useful thing to use the filters type DFX or FFDshow (clarify, normalize, hi-pas filter) is used to improve divx "screener"

I would like the search function to find all "folders" containing band name. Example: Search AC DC and it finds and lists my "Folders" labeled AC DC - 2009 - Black Ice, AC DC - 1980 - Back In Black etc.
For alphabetical purposes, skip "The" in folder view so that..example..."The Beatles" will be listed in "Bs" not "Ts"

Photos should be able to be viewed in the correct order they appear on HDD (which is normally in order as they were taken) not in alphabetical order as they are now. Similar problem as the mp3 songs playback.

The area that displays the filename in thumbnail view should be as wide as the screen is, that way fewer filenames will have to scroll

im using the WD on a CRT tv which can handle both PAL,NTSC and PAL60 signals. I know its better on hdmi, but for now this is how it is :)

Right now, it only has NTSC or PAL to choose from...but i rather have an extra option called multi/auto which basically outputs the source as it is or a PAL60 setting which converts ntsc to pal60. (first one would be best for all TVs, even those without pal60 support)

It's very useful to PageUp and PageDown file list by pressing Left and Right Arrow buttons (not Rew/Fwd), such at many many other devices. Specially for universal remote control users.

When powering system on or during firmware flash reset, TV displays INVALID FORMAT or main screen is shrunk and displaced on the screen in an apparent improper setting of resolution and/or frequency. There seems to be an issue with some TV and proper interrogation and setting via HDMI. Almost bricked my WDTV during a flash because I could not tell it was still applying update after a auto-reset and no video due to INVALID FORMAT.

When you're playing a song and you're searching for other songs in the menu it is impossible to do a fast forward, rewind, next, last song on the remote control.

Add an option du set the screen position, for exemple on a standars TV when subtitles are directly on the file, they go out of the screen.

I note that when you try to change the audio during the film on mkv's the movie restart to beginning, this should not happen. Thanks.
