it's new file system. replacement for FAT32.

        Sure, that's why I wouldn't yet another M$ patent encumbered format added. You've read about M$ vs. TomTom, haven't you? I'm also quite surprised to see that device with a Linux OS does not support ext2/3.

        Techflaws - it's standard file system for SDXC flash cards (for SD cards bigger that 32 GB). But don't worry: FAT, FAT32 and NTFS it's by Micros~1 file systems too :)
