Larger font in the gui/hud
A larger font not for the subtitles (but also them!) but for the interface - the current font is very small and fuzzy for some of us (like me) .
I'm sure a lot of us old folk would appreciate the ability to have a larger font in the regular interface (ie menus, system settings etc)20 votes -

auto-zoom by the least side at video playback
Now we can use 1.0x, 1.1x, 1.2x, 2x and etc. zoom modes. But I think, it would be very good, if video frame could be automatically fit by the least side to fill the whole TV screen space.
It would be also nice to have this setting (i.e. "AutoZoom Off/LeastSide/MostSide") in Video Options20 votes -
wireless (IR) keyboard suport
It would be great if wireless (IR) keyboard support were added. There are so many wireless (IR) keyboards out there already it would be easy to added the IR recognition for them. Some of the models out there are the WebTV / Dish (RT7W5XTW) keyboard , the Philips WebTV (SWK-8640) keyboard.
The keyboard could be used for a variety of options, including regular navigation/control, and of course for entering text for searches.

1.5 x playback speed with pitch corrected audio
I like to save time and a lot of TV shows etc. really don't lose much impact when viewed at 1.5 times speed as far as the action goes. Subtitles are good, but pitch corrected audio really makes it do-able (and sometime even more enjoyable than at normal speed).

feat:move the (middle button) infobar to top
its nice to have an progressbar with time and stuff but...
- move it to top (that way it doesnt overlay subs)
- make it "cleaner" by leaving out the blue "warp" background (less overlay on video)
- show file info like video codec , audio codec, bitrate, fps etc.
- show the current output setting (resolution/fps)19 votes -
WMA Lossless
Should support wma lossless (can already support FLAC). Is wma lossless any harder to implement than lower bitrate wma's? Or does this depend on licensing from microsoft?

moviejukebox type support
I have seem some comments about IMB files for movie reviews etc. I know it's a bid work but Popcorn Hour (PCH) found a very cool MovieJukeBox setup http://code.google.com/p/moviejukebox/wiki/MovieJukebox, something like this for WD TV would just be great.

Multi angle DVD support
Last week my dvd player decided to stop play my DVD (obviously out of warranty!), so I decided, after reading a lot of forums, to buy WD TV, because it’s small, easy to use, but rich of functionality.
I started to rip my DVD (especially cartoons) using software like dvd decrypt and creating VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folder.
Unfortunately, with some of them I’ve noticed a problem: during play, WD TV goes in fast forward for some seconds and I loose a little part of the film!
Panic…ok…re-reading forum…some people had already my problem: the reason is that WD TV doesn’t…18 votes
